Permit Request Form

Permits requested in this form grants access for your guests to park in any commuter lot on a first come first park basis. These are the rates for Parking Permit Requests, $12.00 for the day or $50.00 for the week.

If commuter parking does not suffice a Reserved Space Request Form will need to be completed. The reserved space request guarantees a space in a specific location reserved by the department.
